Tian Chan

Overview

Tian Chan is an associate of Eberle Law PLLC's New York and Florida offices. She works closely with Mark J. Eberle to provide discreet legal representation to a diverse range of high-net-worth clientele on complex trust and estate, commercial, and real estate matters.

Tian has represented financial institutions and individuals in their capacity as trustee and executor in probate proceedings in both New York and Florida and has experience preparing comprehensive trust and estate accountings and receipt and release agreements. Further, she has assisted businesses, actors, and professional athletes on multimillion-dollar real estate transactions that often require unique title and legal research.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Tian earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in Manhattan. While in law school, she was awarded the NYLS Global Law Fellow Scholarship, served as a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, and represented the school as a finalist for the New York City Bar Diversity Fellowship. Tian was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville.
